We strive to ensure maximum satisfaction for the end users of the spaces or homes we build. For us, after-sales service begins with the first lines of the initial design. Choosing the right solutions from the conceptual stage of the project helps us drastically reduce issues at the delivery phase. We implement a quality control plan during the construction stage that allows us to anticipate and prevent potential defects. The moment of handover is key for us, and we approach it with the utmost care. During project completion and after-sales work, we put ourselves in the shoes of the en user to anticipate any problems they may face and enhance their experience at this crucial time
- We improve and shorten after-sales timelines with the goal of zero defects.
- We collect all relevant data and carry out an incident analysis to implement the necessary changes and improvements. We categorize issues by trade and focus on correcting them at the source.
- We work with transparency and integrity, maintaining open communication to support both developers (owners) and end users throughout this phase.
