Every construction, whether it is a residential building, a commercial space or a large infrastructure, is a complex multiphase process in which each step must advance towards the success of the project. As the work progresses and more agents are integrated, the complexity grows, requiring even greater coordination, communication and commitment.

PROJECTS DEFINED FROM THE START

In the first phase of the project, the study phase, we incorporate together with the design team and promoters (property) the teams involved in the project; formed by engineering teams, installations, after-sales, manufacturers (if industrialized elements are included), etc. Thanks to an early collaboration we achieve:
  • Greater accuracy and transparency.
  • Increased commitment and responsibility.
  • Early identification of problems.
In order to establish a greater degree of collaboration, we included BIM management methodology in this initial phase. At the same time, at this essential moment we are implementing the arrangements for external audits such as ISO9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 50001. During this design phase our focus is on three points: A. Accuracy and rigor in setting the initial budget. B. Reduction of the execution period. C. Increase the final value of the building by reducing maintenance costs throughout the life cycle of the facilities.

OBSESSED WITH DEADLINES, COST CONTROL AND QUALITIES

Through the collaborative formula, our experience of more than two decades and our own team, we want each promoter (owner) to feel accompanied, safe and calm throughout the work, to feel and see that their project is being carried out as they originally wished.
Our teams enter early and are in perfect coordination with all parts of the project, thus avoiding reworking and prolonging construction deadlines, increasing costs, lowering quality, which increases the risk of completion of the work.
We use collaborative BIM methodology, we improve the technical control of the work We are getting started in Lean Construction.
We incorporate industrialized processes to shorten delivery times.
We choose and use materials that take care of the identity of each project, because each project is unique.
We base the construction of our works on the follow-up of all agents through continuous monitoring, verification and adjustment, which helps us to improve the economic control of the work.

AFTER SALES

A CUSTOMER CENTRIC MODEL

Our goal is to completely eliminate incidents. While we achieve this, we want to offer the best after-sales service. We work to achieve the maximum satisfaction of the end user of the space or the homes we build. For us, after-sales service starts at the first lines of the basic project. Adopting solutions at the beginning, in the conceptualization phase of the project, helps us to drastically reduce incidents in this delivery phase. We implement a quality control plan during the construction phase that helps us to anticipate incidents. The moment of delivery is key for us and we take care of it with the utmost detail. During the end of construction and after-sales work, we put ourselves in the end user's shoes to anticipate any problems they may have and thus improve the customer's experience at this important moment.
  • We improve and reduce after-sales lead times with the objective of 0 incidents.
  • We collect all the data and establish an analysis of incidents in order to make the necessary changes and improvements. We discriminate the incidences by trades and put the focus on correcting them.
  • We work with transparency and honesty, maintaining continuous communication to accompany developers (owners) and users during this phase.
