Bilba Constructora concludes the construction of Ojen´s new Cultural Center, an essential contribution to the community of the municipality.
This Monday, April 22, the construction of the new Casa de la Cultura of Ojén has been completed with the signing of the provisional reception act.
In a period of 21 months, Bilba Constructora, belonging to Sinerba Holding, has executed the new multi-purpose building where administrative and teaching uses are foreseen, mainly to teach courses and support classes of a municipal nature.
The infrastructure, distributed over 3 floors above ground and one below ground, covers a total area of 1,228 m2, maintaining an aesthetic that harmonizes with the environment of the town of Ojén. The facilities include 4 training rooms, 2 assembly halls, 1 exhibition hall, 4 meeting rooms, office, storage and distribution areas.
The ceremony was attended by the Mayor of Ojen, Juan Merino, accompanied by technical staff of the council, as well as Francisco Panchón and José Luis Juanas, as project managers representing the Diputación de Málaga.
This project represents a positive impact on the community of Ojén, providing a vital space for the cultural and educational development of the municipality.
