Today we received the “Vivienda 2024” award for our outstanding contribution to the housing sector during the 26th edition of the event organized by CESINE Jornadas and Revista Metros2 in Madrid.

Our General Manager, Francisco Cerén Elías, shared a few words of thanks in which he reaffirmed Bilba’s commitment to excellence, underlining the goal of achieving it in all areas of work.

On the other hand, he thanked the effort and dedication of the more than 600 workers who are part of Bilba’s success, who receive this recognition with pride, humility and responsibility.

Thanks to Revista Metros2 and CESINE Jornadas for giving us this award, it encourages us to move forward with determination, face new challenges and continue transforming the construction sector by betting on collaborative work methodologies.

The Malaga-based construction company Bilba has received the VIVIENDA 2024 Award, granted by CESINE and Metros2 Magazine at the XXVI Meeting of the Real Estate Sector in Housing, held in the Auditorium of CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo.

The award recognizes Bilba as a company with more than 20 years of experience that has positioned itself as a reference in the housing construction sector. Bilba executes projects under the lines of Private Works (single-family homes and large residential complexes), Public Works and Energy. residential complexes), Public Works and Energy.

It is present throughout Spain with key offices in Malaga, Madrid, Tenerife, Ceuta and Gibraltar, and is committed to IPD collaborative processes. More than 65% of its projects are carried out with this modality based on the principles of collective intelligence, transparency and information exchange, defining a common objective and achieving the commitment of the project’s agents and companies.

Bilba is committed to the innovation of new methodologies in the sector, and has just set up an R&D&I department to develop new processes aimed at continuous improvement.

Committed to sustainable construction, the Malaga-based construction company implements BREEAM sustainability certification in most of its projects and has four ISO certifications where it implements and maintains an integrated and structured management system.

The award, presented by the general secretary of Agencia Urbana, Iñaqui Carnicero, and José María Álvarez, director of Metros2, was collected by Francisco Cerén, general manager of Bilba, who emphasized that the award is a “source of pride for the 600 professionals who have gone out to work at seven in the morning on the more than 40 projects we have underway; for the satisfied clients we have and for the subcontracted companies that generate more than 5,000 direct and indirect jobs with our activity”.
