Bilba Constructora receives a visit from the local authorities at the 11 subsidized housing units that they are building in Nerja, Malaga, a key step towards the final delivery of the project in the region.
The Bilba team travels to Nerja, Malaga, to see the evolution of the 11 subsidized housing units under construction.
The visit was attended by the Mayor of Nerja, José Alberto Armijo; the Councillor for Housing, Nieves Atencia; the Director of Public Works of Bilba Jose Soler Vazquez and architects RAFAEL SEVILLANO MUÑOZ and Pedro Núñez Avilés. These homes for young people are in their final stages, and the project is expected to be completed in December.
The 11 dwellings are distributed in a building with first floor, basement and first floor above ground level. They have a living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 or 3 bedrooms. In addition, a basement floor has been built with 14 parking spaces and 11 storage rooms.
The good execution and organization of the work and the compliance with deadlines for a prompt completion of the project stand out.
