Bilba Constructora leads initiatives to address housing demand in the Canary Islands
Last week the Delegate in the Canary Islands of Bilba Constructora, Javier Moreno Sánchez, had the opportunity to meet with the General Director of the Canary Islands Housing Institute (ICAVI) Mr. Antonio J. Ortega Rodríguez, accompanied by the President of the Construction Employer in Tenerife (FEPECO), Mr. Oscar Izquierdo to transfer the company’s strategies in terms of production capacity, methodology and collaborative processes and industrialized construction.
In this sense, Bilba can help to mitigate the housing demand problem in the Canary Islands, both for free, affordable and subsidized housing.
We will continue to invest in construction in the Islands, as we are doing with the 50 subsidized housing units for social rental that we are building in the neighborhood of La Gallega in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
